Chicken Tikka Macroni

Here is something spicy for you make it and impress your family. This is a perfect meal who loves Italian cuisine. It is very delicious and tasty. Chicken tikka macroni is the most loved dish by everyone. In Pakistan, macroni makes in different ways because people like to eat macroni in different tastes like Achari macroni, hara masala macroni, beef macroni, afghani macroni, mutton macroni, mayo juicy macroni, masala macroni, chicken fajita macroni and also as BBQ macroni but chicken tikka macroni is my favorite macroni and it tastes is so delicious and so yummy. I make this chicken tikka macroni by my own recipe which my family and friends like the most. Chicken tikka macroni is very simple and easy to make. Firstly, You marinate the chicken for half an hour for perfect spicy taste. This is one of my favorite dish that i love making. 


  • Marinate Time: 20-30 minutes
  • Cooking time: 30 minutes
  • Serve: 5-6 people
  • Taste: Spicy and hot

Ingredients:

  1. Macroni Packet Bake Parlor (400 gm).
  2. 250 gm Boneless Chicken (Cut in cube shape).
  3. Half Cup Oil.
  4. 1 cup Yogurt.
  5. 2 tbs Red chili powder.
  6. 1/2 tbs Coriander powder (dhaniya powder).
  7. 1 tbs Black chili powder.
  8. 1/2 tbs Cumin powder.
  9. 1/2 tbs Turmeric Powder (haldi powder).
  10. 1/2 tbs Garam masala.
  11. 1 tbs Lemon Juice.
  12. 1 tbs Ginger and Garlic paste.
  13. 2 Onion medium size (chopped).
  14. 4-5 tomato (paste).
  15. 2 tbs tomato ketchup/sauce.
  16. 3-4 Green Chili (chopped). 
  17. 2 tbs Fresh Cream/ Milk.
  18. Salt per taste.

Method:

  • First we need to marinate chicken, Chicken must be boneless and cut in cube shape.
  • Take a bowl, put chicken cubes in it then add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili  powder, black chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt. Mix it very well and marinate chicken for 20-30  minutes.
  • In a pan heat oil, add marinated chicken and cook very well for 5-8 minutes at high flame, roast the chicken till tender and dry.
  • Add ground tomato paste and onion (chopped), mix and cook very well until the raw smell of tomatoes disappears.
  • Add 2 tbs of fresh cream or milk, mix it very well.
  • Add green chili (chopped).
  • Add boiled macroni in it and mix it very well. 
  • Now chicken tikka macroni is ready. 
  • Serve hot and enjoy it with drink.

Sooji ka halwa

Sooji ka halwa is a quick,easy and delicious halwa which is mostly made in breakfast with pooriyaan. Sooji ka halwa is an amazing delighted dessert when served with garnished almonds and coconut. Ingredients:

4 tbs Ghee
4 Green Cardamom (Hari Elaichi)
1 cup Semolina (Sooji)
4-5 tbs sugar or to taste
4 tbs Gram flour (Besan)
3 cups Water

Method:

1: In wok/pan, heat the ghee,add cardamom cook for a minute.
2: Add semolina (sooji) and roast on medium low flame until colors change and fragnant, you will see the change in color of the sooji from creamy color to golden color.and add gram flour (besan),roast very well.
3: Add sugar and give a good mix.
4: Add dry fruits like crushed almonds,pistachio,coconut and raisins(kishmish).
5: Add water and stir well,cook on medium low flame for 3-4 minutes.
6: Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
7: Garnish with dry fruits.
8: Sooji ka halwa is ready.

Kofte

In this corona situation i want all of you to cook at home and eat healthy. Homemade meatballs known as kofte are the best things to happen on your dinner table. These are spicy  and tasty. Kofte is very easy to made at home and that are much tastier than store bought ones.

Ingredients for Kofte(Meatballs):

250 gm Mince Beef (Qeema)
2 tbs Poppy seeds (khashkhaash)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 tbs Gram Masala Powdered
2 Green chilli (chopped)
1 tbs Red chilli flakes 
2 tbs Roasted Gram flour (Besan)

Instructions:

For Meatballs (Kofte)

1: Take mince beef in a large bowl.
2: Soaked and grind Poppy seeds, and add in it.
3: Add chopped onion in it.
4: Add gram flour(roasted), gram masala, green chilli, red chilli flakes.
5: Using your hand, mix everything well. Knead it for about 4-5 minutes, and make 14-15 equal portions of the mixture, roll each portion gently into round ball . Put these aside.

Ingredients for Curry:

1 Cup Oil
4 Medium Onions (chopped)
1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbs Red chilli powdered
1/2 tbs Turmeric powdered (haldi)
100 gm Yogurt
1 cup oil
Salt for taste

Instructions:

For Curry
1: Take pan,Heat the oil and add chopped onion, stirring often for 7-8 minutes , or until golden on medium flame then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powdered, haldi(turmeric) powdered, salt and yogurt cook well for 4-5 minutes or until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
2: Add 2 cups water and raise the heat to bring to a boil. When the water comes to a boil, lower the heat to the lowest setting. Once it has stopped boiling, arrange the kofte in a single layer.
3: Raise the heat to medium, cover and allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Uncover and gently stir the kofte. Lower the heat to low-medium. Cover and allow it to simmer for another 30-35 minutes, stirring once in between, until cooked through.
4: Taste and add salt, if needed. Sprinkle in Garam Masala and Coriander leaves. Serve hot.

Sawaiyon ka Zarda

Sawaiyon ka zarda is very delicious and tasty. This is also a quick dessert recipe which is done in less than 20 minutes. When you add dry fruits while preparing this sweet delicacy, as they provide a crunchy flavor to the dessert. Sevaiyan is made in both ways,dry as well as with milk and they both have a super amazing taste. Here is a dry sevaiyan recipe.Make it and enjoy with your family and friend.

Ingredients:

4 tbs Ghee
4-5 Green Cardamom (Hari Elaichi)
100 gm (1 packet) Vermicelli (Sevaiyan) 
1 cup water
4 tbs Sugar or to taste

Method:

1: Take a wok/pan, add ghee and let it melt, add cardamom and fry until fragrant.
2: Add water,sugar, mix well and cook until sugar dissolves.
3: Add vermicelli and mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4: Cover and put it on simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5: Sawaiyon ka zarda is ready, Garnish with almond and pistachio(crushed)

Pakora 

Pakore are a delicious crispy fried snack made with gram flour ,spices and green chilli. These pakoras are super quick to make anytime . Pakoras are the most popular street food and snack . Mostly pakistani make pakore in rainy season and enjoy with chai(tea). It is also the perfect snack in Iftari. You can serve pakore with Tomato Ketchup and Chatni.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups Gram flour (Besan)
1 cup Water
1 tbs Red chilli flakes
1 tbs salt
1/2 tbs Cumin (zeera)
1/2 tbs Dried coriander seeds (sabut dhaniya)
3 pinch Baking Soda 
2 medium size onion (Cut in cube shape)
2 Green chilli chopped 
Oil (as needed for deep fry)

Method:

1: Take a bowl ,Add gram flour (besan), salt, Red chilli flakes, cumin (zeera), dried coriander seeds (sabut dhaniya) , Baking soda. Mix together.
2: Slowly add in the water and mix. Made thick paste.
3:Add onion (chopped), Green chilli (chopped). Mix well.
4: Pour the oil in your deep fryer/wok and heat on medium flame.
5:Use a tablespoon to put tablespoonfuls of pakora mixture into the oil.
6: Fry until golden brown and crispy,turning as needed to cook evenly.

Tips:

1:The key to making best crispy pakoras is not to add too much water while making the dough for pakoras.
2: Fry the pakoras on a medium flame until crispy. Too low flame with make the pakoras soak up lot of oil. Too high flame will brown the pakoras without cooking the dough well from inside.
3:The color has to be the perfect golden brown. Not yellow and undercooked and not brown and overcooked. This is the part where your frying technique will really come int play.and make sure your besan is fresh.

Cutlets

There is a simple and quick recipe. Which is loved by people of all age groups.It is quick to make and doesn't take much time.This quick snack recipe can be served with tomato ketchup and green chutney.You can also pack this for your children's lunch box.This cutlet recipe needs no more introduction. It is simply the most easy appetizer which can be prepared in just a few minutes by following some simple steps.
Preparation time: 10 minutes 
 Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Total time : 30-35 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 kg boiled potatoes
1 tbs Salt 
1 tbs Chinese salt
1 tbs Red chilli powdered
1/2 tbs chaat masala
2 Medium Size Onion (cut in cube shape)
4-5 Green chilli(chopped)
1 Beaten Egg
1/2 cup Coriander leaves

Method:

1: Take boiled potatoes ,roughly mashed it in a deep bowl.
2:Add salt, chinese salt,red chilli powdered,chat masala ,onion ,green chilli (chopped) and coriander leaves in it.
3:Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well
4:Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions and shape each portion very well.
5: Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg .
6: Heat the oil on tava/pan and fry, till the cutlets turn into golden brown color from all the sides. 
7: Delicious cutlets are ready to serve.
8:Serve the cutlets with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Kaale chane (Black chickpeas curry)

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME : 30 -40 MINUTES
SOAKING TIME : 6 HOURS

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Kg kale chane ( Black chickpeas) 
Salt as taste
1 tbs Red chilli powder
1/2 cup imli ( tamarind pulp) 
1 tbs chaat masala 
1/2 tbs haldi powdered(turmeric powdered)
1/2 cup oil 
1 tbs lehsan (garlic) paste
1 tsp Zeera (cumin)
2 onion (medium size)

Method:

1: Soak chana (chickpeas) for 6 hours in water and add 1 tbsp soda in it. Make sure to use a large bowl as the chickpeas will double in size.
2: Then drain water.
3:Then put in water again and keep chana on medium flame for 30-40 minutes till the chana becomes soft.
4: Take a wok, add oil in it then put onion in it .
5: Add lehsan (garlic) paste,zeera (cumin) red chilli powdered,haldi(tumeric powdered), salt and stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes .
6: Add Tamarind pulp .
7:Add boiled chana in it and mix well.
8: Mix it all up and let it sit for at least 5 minutes to let the flavors develop. that's it.
9:Put onion ,tomato (cut in cubes shape) in it.

Trifle

Here is something sweet for you make it and impress your family. It will take just few minutes to prepare. You can serve this yummy dessert to your guest. They must like  it or just prepare it as dessert at home after a hearty dinner.
Cooking time: 20 -25 Minutes
Serve: 4-5 people

Ingredients:

1 litre Mik
1/2 cup Colored Vermicelli( Bake Parlor)
1/2-2tbs  cup sugar
3 tbs Custard
5-6 Banana (Cut in slice)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Strawberry jelly

Method:

 1: Boil Milk
2:Add colored vermicelli in it .Stir well . Cook vermicelli for 10 -15 minutes till it becomes soft .Uncovered.
3:Add sugar in it
4:Take custard (mixed in 1/2 cup water/milk)
5:Put custard in it .Stir well, till custard gets dissolved properly. cook for 3-4 minutes.
6: Turn off the stove 
7:Cool it and transfer into a serving dish.and add chocolate chips and fruits in it
8:Garnish this delicious trifle with jellies,chocolate chips,fruits and almonds.

Tips:

1: I didnot mix cream in it.if you want to mix cream in it,it will become more tasty.
2: When you add cream in it . Your trifle must be cool and cream also.
3:Add 2 cup cream in 1 liter milk
4:You can add grapes in it,In summer season ,you can add mango (cut in cube shape) in it.

CHICKEN FAJITA SPAGHETTI

This is a perfect meal who loves Italian cuisine .This simple and quick spaghetti recipe is super easy to make and just need 25 - 30 minutes.It also makes for a quick dinner for your entire family .It is so delicious and tasty.

Ingredients:

300 gm Boneless Chicken (cut into Cubes/Strips).
300 gm Spaghetti 
Salt as taste
1 tbs Garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 tbs Cumin (zeera) powdered
1/2 tbs Black pepper powdered
1/2 tbs Red pepper powdered
4 Capsicum (julienne cut)
2 Tomato (julienne cut)
1 Carrot (julienne cut)
2 Green Onion 
1 tbs Soy sauce 
1 tbs Chilli Sauce
1 cup cabbage (julienne cut)

Method:

1:Boil spaghetti in boiled salt water for 8-10 minutes then drain and rinse under cold running water. Add 2 tbs oil and mix, set aside.
2:Heat 5 tbs oil in a wok ,add garlic (chopped) and fry for a minute.
3:Add chicken (cut in cube shape) and fry for 4-5 minutes.
4:Add Cumin powdered,Black pepper powdered,Red chilli powdered and salt ,stir gently for 2 minutes.
5:Add Green Onion,Capsicum, Carrot,Cabbage mix well and add 1/2 cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes .
6: Add tomato and mix well.
7: Add soy sauce,red sauce,then cook for 2-3 minutes.
8: Add boiled spaghetti in it and mix it very well.
9: Turn off the stove.
10: Serve hot and enjoy it with drink.

KHEER

One of the most favorite Pakistani dessert Rice Kheer can be made quickly and easily with just a few ingredients . Kheer is indeed the perfect dish to celebrate a festival or just prepare it as dessert at home after a hearty dinner.

Ingredients:

1 litre Milk
6-7 cardamom (powdered)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Rice (washed and soaked for 1 hour then put in blender and blend it)
2 tbs custard

Method:

1: Boil milk 
2:Add rice (soaked for 1 hour then put in blender and blend it) and cook well for 20 to 25 minutes.
3: Add sugar in it 
4: Add custard (mixed in 1/2 cup milk/water)
5: Put custard, stir till custard gets dissolved properly.
6: Then cook for 2-3 minutes.
7: Transfer into a serving dish.
8: Garnish this delicious kheer with Almonds (crushed) , Pistachio (crushed), coconut powdered.
9: Serve hot or cool.

Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice is one of the best weeknight dinner around! This dish is full of healthy fiber, protein, good fat and also loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is very delicious and tasty. Cooking Time : 20-25 minutes.

Serve: 5-6 people

Ingredients:

Chicken 250 grams.
3 Eggs (whisked).
2 tbs Cooking Oil.
1 tbs Garlic (Lehsan) Chopped.
2 tbs Cooking oil. 
1 Cup Carrot (gajar) Julienne.
1 Cup Cabbage (Bund Ghobi)
1/2 kg Rice (soaked and boiled with salt)
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbs Salt or to taste.
1 tbs Chicken Powder.
1 tbs Black pepper Powdered (Kali mirche) 
1 tbs White pepper powdered (safed mirche)
1 tbs Vinegar (sirka)
1 tbs Soya Sauce 

Method:

 1: Cut chicken fillet into thin strips & set aside.
2: In wok,add cooking oil and eggs(whisked),mix well and cook until crumbled & set aside.
3: In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic and fry until light golden. 4:Add chicken and mix well until it changes color and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5:Add carrot and cabbage and mix for a minute .Add sugar and salt and mix well
6:Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
7: Add chicken powder and mix well.
8: Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder
9: Add vinegar,soy sauce and mix well.
10: Now add eggs and mix well.
11: Now Yummy Chicken Fried Rice is ready.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl.

3 banana
1/2 cup yogurt

2: Put them in a blender and add milk and yogurt then blend it.
3: Consistency should be thick like smoothie.

Sooji ki Barfi


Here is something sweet for you to make it and impress your family . Make sooji ki barfi with this quick and easiest recipe and enjoy . This is great to serve anytime.

Ingredients

For Sugar Syrup:

1 cup water 
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp Elaichi (cardamom) powdered

Method

1:Take 1 cup water in a pan .
2:Add sugar and elaichi (cardamom) powdered and bring it to boil.
3:Let it cook until syrup is thickened for 10 to 12 minutes.

Ingredients

For Souji ki barfi:
2-3 tbs Ghee
1/4 tsp Elaichi powdered
1 and 1/2 cup souji.
Badaam chopped as required
Pista chopped as required
1/2 cup khopra powdered
1/2 cup powder milk

Method

1:Take a pot ,put ghee , elaichi powdered then add souji and mix it well.
2:Roast for 3-4 minutes until aromatic.
3:Add Badaam (chopped),pista (chopped),khopra powdered and mix it well.
4:Add milk powder. Roast for 3-4 minutes.
5: Put prepared sugar syrup in it and mix it gently.
6:Cook until it leaves the sides of pot.
7: Turn off the stove.
8:Take tray and grease with ghee . Put hot mixture on it and spread the mixture on tray then put chopped badaam ,khopra powdered and pista chopped for sprinkling.
9: Give shape by using knife.
10: Let it sit for an hour.
11: NOw Tasty souji ki barfi is ready.

Chana Chat Or Chohle Chat

Chana Chat is very healthy and delicious snack.It is low fat,rich in vitamins and minerals,healthy addition to your diet.Chana chat is very common and popular street food dish in Pakistan.It is so spicy and delicious in taste. 
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Soaking Time: 6 hours.

Ingredients:

1: 1/2 Kg Chana (White chickpeas).
2: 2 Boiled Potatoes.
3: 2  Onions (Medium size).
4: 3-4 Green chili.
5: 2-3 Tomato.
6: 1 tbsp Red Chili powder.
7: 2 tbsp Tamarind pulp.
8: 1/2 tbsp chaat masala plus more for garnish.
9: 2 tbsp lemon juice.
10: Salt as Taste

Method

1: Soak Chana (chickpeas) for 6 hours in water and add 1 tbsp sweet soda in it.Make sure to use a large bowl as the chickpeas will double in size.
2: Then drain water.
3: Then put in water again and put salt and keep on stove on medium flame for 30 minutes.
4: Then take boiled chana in a very large bowl.
5: Take boiled potatoes and cut into small cubes and add in it.
6: Take onions and tomatoes and cut it into small cubes and add in it and mix it very well.
7: Add green chili (chopped) ,add chat masala ,red chili powder ,tamarind pulp,lemon juice and salt in it .
8: Mix it all up and let it sit for at least 5 minutes to let the flavour develop.That's it

Taste: spicy and sour.

It is not spicy so the children enjoy these cutlets. It is an ideal party snack, loved by both kids and adult which can also be served in snack box and also in lunch box. For Noodles Cutlets:
1: 4 Boiled Potatoes.
2: 3 Boiled Eggs.
3: Full fist spaghetti then boiled in salt water.
4: 1 tsp chinese salt .
5: 1 tbsp Black pepper (crushed).
6: 3 Green chilli.
7: Salt is required.
8: 2 Cups Bread Crumbs.
9: 1 Beaten Egg.

Method:

1: Take boiled potatoes,roughly mashed it in a deep bowl.
2: Add boiled spaghetti,mix well
3: Then take boiled and roughly mashed eggs and add in it and mix it very well.
4: Add black pepper ,salt ,chinese salt and green chilli in it.
5: Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
6: Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion very well.
7: Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg then role in the bread crumbs till it is evenly coated from all the sides.
8: Heat the oil on tawa/pan and fry on medium flame,till the cutlets turn into golden brown in colour from all the sides. Delicious Noodles Cutlets are ready to serve.
9: Serve the Spaghetti Noodles Cutlets with Tomato Ketchup.

EGG MAYO SANDWICH

A simple healthy egg mayonnaise sandwich for breakfast or evening snacks under 20 to 25 minutes .This sandwich is so delicious,healthy and is devoid of sauces,chutney or cheese.This sandwich recipe is made without a grill,toaster or oven.It is just made on a Pan/Tawa in the simplest way.I have not used any sauce or green chutney.So it is good even to make on a busy weekday morning for breakfast as it needs only 5 to 6 ingredients to made this tasty sandwich.You can enjoy these toasted egg mayo sandwich as a part of a family picnic,and children will also enjoy these sandwiches when you give in their lunch box.

COOKING TIME: 15 to 20 minutes.

PREPARATION TIME: 5 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

2 boil Eggs.
3 tbsp Mayonnaise.
1 tsp Black Pepper. (Crushed)
1/2 tsp Sugar.
Salt as required.

Method:


  1. Take boil eggs in a bowl and roughly mash it.
  2. Add Mayonnaise in it and mix it very well.
  3. Add black pepper, sugar salt and mix it very well.
  4. Take bread slice and toasted on pan/tawa till you get golden brown colour on both sides.
  5. Apply thick layer of mixture on it. Spread the mixture on a slice of bread.
  6. Cover with another toasted bread slice
  7. Tasty Egg Mayo Sandwich is ready.
