Sooji ki Barfi


Here is something sweet for you to make it and impress your family . Make sooji ki barfi with this quick and easiest recipe and enjoy . This is great to serve anytime.

Ingredients

For Sugar Syrup:

1 cup water 
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp Elaichi (cardamom) powdered

Method

1:Take 1 cup water in a pan .
2:Add sugar and elaichi (cardamom) powdered and bring it to boil.
3:Let it cook until syrup is thickened for 10 to 12 minutes.

Ingredients

For Souji ki barfi:
2-3 tbs Ghee
1/4 tsp Elaichi powdered
1 and 1/2 cup souji.
Badaam chopped as required
Pista chopped as required
1/2 cup khopra powdered
1/2 cup powder milk

Method

1:Take a pot ,put ghee , elaichi powdered then add souji and mix it well.
2:Roast for 3-4 minutes until aromatic.
3:Add Badaam (chopped),pista (chopped),khopra powdered and mix it well.
4:Add milk powder. Roast for 3-4 minutes.
5: Put prepared sugar syrup in it and mix it gently.
6:Cook until it leaves the sides of pot.
7: Turn off the stove.
8:Take tray and grease with ghee . Put hot mixture on it and spread the mixture on tray then put chopped badaam ,khopra powdered and pista chopped for sprinkling.
9: Give shape by using knife.
10: Let it sit for an hour.
11: NOw Tasty souji ki barfi is ready.
