Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice is one of the best weeknight dinner around! This dish is full of healthy fiber, protein, good fat and also loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is very delicious and tasty. The whole family will love this protein packed,egg, chicken and rice combo! You can cook restaurant style Chicken fried rice at home easily....

Cooking Time : 20-25 minutes.

Serve: 5-6 people

Ingredients:

Chicken 250 grams.
3 Eggs (whisked).
2 tbs Cooking Oil.
1 tbs Garlic (Lehsan) Chopped.
2 tbs Cooking oil. 
1 Cup Carrot (gajar) Julienne.
1 Cup Cabbage (Bund Ghobi)
1/2 kg Rice (soaked and boiled with salt)
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbs Salt or to taste.
1 tbs Chicken Powder.
1 tbs Black pepper Powdered (Kali mirche) 
1 tbs White pepper powdered (safed mirche)
1 tbs Vinegar (sirka)
1 tbs Soya Sauce 

Method:

 1: Cut chicken fillet into thin strips & set aside.
2: In wok,add cooking oil and eggs(whisked),mix well and cook until crumbled & set aside.
3: In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic and fry until light golden. 4:Add chicken and mix well until it changes color and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5:Add carrot and cabbage and mix for a minute .Add sugar and salt and mix well
6:Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
7: Add chicken powder and mix well.
8: Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder
9: Add vinegar,soy sauce and mix well.
10: Now add eggs and mix well.
11: Now Yummy Chicken Fried Rice is ready.
