KHEER

One of the most favorite Pakistani dessert Rice Kheer can be made quickly and easily with just a few ingredients . Kheer is indeed the perfect dish to celebrate a festival or just prepare it as dessert at home after a hearty dinner.

Ingredients:

1 litre Milk
6-7 cardamom (powdered)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Rice (washed and soaked for 1 hour then put in blender and blend it)
2 tbs custard

Method:

1: Boil milk 
2:Add rice (soaked for 1 hour then put in blender and blend it) and cook well for 20 to 25 minutes.
3: Add sugar in it 
4: Add custard (mixed in 1/2 cup milk/water)
5: Put custard, stir till custard gets dissolved properly.
6: Then cook for 2-3 minutes.
7: Transfer into a serving dish.
8: Garnish this delicious kheer with Almonds (crushed) , Pistachio (crushed), coconut powdered.
9: Serve hot or cool.
