CHICKEN FAJITA SPAGHETTI
Is there anything more cozy than a big bowl of spaghetti ? "The Fajita Spaghetti" My favorite dinner and always will be. This is a perfect meal who loves Italian cuisine .This simple and quick spaghetti recipe is super easy to make and just need 25 - 30 minutes.It also makes for a quick dinner for your entire family .It is so delicious and tasty.
Ingredients:
300 gm Boneless Chicken (cut into Cubes/Strips).
300 gm Spaghetti
Salt as taste
1 tbs Garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 tbs Cumin (zeera) powdered
1/2 tbs Black pepper powdered
1/2 tbs Red pepper powdered
4 Capsicum (julienne cut)
2 Tomato (julienne cut)
1 Carrot (julienne cut)
2 Green Onion
1 tbs Soy sauce
1 tbs Chilli Sauce
1 cup cabbage (julienne cut)
Method:
1:Boil spaghetti in boiled salt water for 8-10 minutes then drain and rinse under cold running water. Add 2 tbs oil and mix, set aside.
2:Heat 5 tbs oil in a wok ,add garlic (chopped) and fry for a minute.
3:Add chicken (cut in cube shape) and fry for 4-5 minutes.
4:Add Cumin powdered,Black pepper powdered,Red chilli powdered and salt ,stir gently for 2 minutes.
5:Add Green Onion,Capsicum, Carrot,Cabbage mix well and add 1/2 cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes .
6: Add tomato and mix well.
7: Add soy sauce,red sauce,then cook for 2-3 minutes.
8: Add boiled spaghetti in it and mix it very well.
9: Turn off the stove.
