EGG MAYO SANDWICH
A simple healthy egg mayonnaise sandwich for breakfast or evening snacks under 20 to 25 minutes .This sandwich is so delicious,healthy and is devoid of sauces,chutney or cheese.This sandwich recipe is made without a grill,toaster or oven.It is just made on a Pan/Tawa in the simplest way.I have not used any sauce or green chutney.So it is good even to make on a busy weekday morning for breakfast as it needs only 5 to 6 ingredients to made this tasty sandwich.You can enjoy these toasted egg mayo sandwich as a part of a family picnic,and children will also enjoy these sandwiches when you give in their lunch box.
COOKING TIME: 15 to 20 minutes.
PREPARATION TIME: 5 to 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 boil Eggs.3 tbsp Mayonnaise.
1 tsp Black Pepper. (Crushed)
1/2 tsp Sugar.
Salt as required.
Method:
- Take boil eggs in a bowl and roughly mash it.
- Add Mayonnaise in it and mix it very well.
- Add black pepper, sugar salt and mix it very well.
- Take bread slice and toasted on pan/tawa till you get golden brown colour on both sides.
- Apply thick layer of mixture on it. Spread the mixture on a slice of bread.
- Cover with another toasted bread slice
- Tasty Egg Mayo Sandwich is ready.
